We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join our residential team in our recently refurbished Leeds Office.
You will have dealt with sale & purchase transactions and will have experience in title checking, raising & dealing with enquiries, AML & SOF Checks.
Alongside your technical abilities we are looking for an individual who can deliver outstanding customer service and who are led by the desire to deliver a smooth and well managed conveyancing transaction to our clients.
Working within a team that is highly experienced and supportive, you will also have access to a dedicated training team to offer initial and ongoing training.
We ask that you bring with you excellent attention to detail & organisational skills, the ability to meet deadlines and work using your own initiative.
