Meet the Team

I’ve worked at enact for nearly 4 years now, having 20 years’ experience as a Team Leader in previous roles. Enact is a fantastic company to work for and seeing people work so hard together to achieve the same goals is immensely satisfying.

I have worked at Enact since 2015 starting as a conveyancing assistant and the company has helped me progress in my career. I like to get to know our customers so that we can help them with their needs and guide them through the conveyancing process.

I have 4 years of experience in the Remortgage Customer Service role, based at enact’s Leeds office. The training was exceptional and provided me with the confidence I needed to provide the best experience for every customer. Being able to keep people informed and offer help when needed brings a lot of job satisfaction.

I have worked for enact for 20 years, starting on Customer Service and then progressing to various Team Leader roles within the business. My experience has taught me that the customer is the focus of everything we do.

I qualified with a 2:1 Law degree in 2010 and I have worked in conveyancing since 2011. I like working at Enact because I have been offered the chance to further my conveyancing career and work towards ultimately becoming a Licensed Conveyancer.

I graduated from Derby University with a 2:1 in Law in 2007 and started working at Enact later that same year. I am very passionate about my job and take pride in being able to provide a stress-free and efficient conveyancing process.

I’ve been working with the company for almost 5 years, in our Customer Service operation. My role allows me to help and support customers going through a remortgage transaction, assisting them with any queries and questions, ensuring that the process is as efficient and as customer-friendly as possible.

I have worked at Enact for 15 years, and during this time I completed a part time Law degree, graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a 2:1 in Law. I initially started my career as a Remortgage Legal Assistant and progressed to the Residential Conveyancing department in 2012. I gained a number of years’ experience as a conveyancer, before successfully progressing into a Team Manager role. I now oversee a small team of conveyancers and assistants ensuring that we maintain a professional service at all times.

I started working for Enact in 2007 as a Remortgage Legal Assistant and progressed to the Residential Conveyancing department in 2010. After a number of years gaining experience as a conveyancer, I now work as a Team Manager, overseeing a small team of conveyancers to ensure that an efficient and professional service is offered to all of our clients.

I joined the remortgage department as a Legal Assistant in July 2013. I thoroughly enjoyed the training I went through, and how the programme worked so efficiently, that I soon realised that my aim was to become a member of the training team.

I have over 20 years’ conveyancing experience and during my time at Enact have progressed from a Conveyancer to a Team Manager. I ensure the team work closely together to offer a streamlined service to all our customers.
