I have worked at Enact for nearly 4 years and during this time have progressed from an assistant conveyancer to a conveyancer. The favourite part of my role is making that call to let the customers know they can collect their keys and start the next chapter of their lives, especially if they are first time buyers!

During my time at Enact, I have been given outstanding training and opportunities to progress, and every member of staff has helped me to achieve my goal of becoming a case owner. Even now, I am encouraged to take part in additional training to further progress my knowledge and understanding of conveyancing. I work very closely with Charlotte, my assistant, and hope that my knowledge will help her progress in the same way. Enact is a very focused business and everything we do in our roles is to provide customers with excellent service, to make their house sale or purchase enjoyable, and to alleviate some of the stress for them. Property transactions are one of the most stressful times for people and I enjoy making that call to let the customers know they can collect their keys and start the next chapter of their lives, especially if they are first time buyers!

Outside of work, my main interest is reading – whether it be books or magazines, I always have my head in one of them! Growing up, I was very involved with Irish Dancing and spent most evenings and weekends at my local class, which resulted in us dancing in Euro Disney in October 2011, which was a great achievement for all involved!
