Leeds-based conveyancing firm; Enact Conveyancing is celebrating after raising over £10,000 for its 2019 chosen charity, Leeds Mind.
The team arranged a series of events throughout 2019 to raise money for the Leeds-based mental health charity, including a quiz and various bake sales, as well as taking part in some of the charity’s sponsored events such as Kapow inflatable obstacle race and the Yorkshire Three Peaks.
The funds raised by Enact will ensure Leeds Mind can continue to provide support to those facing mental health difficulties across the city. Services that will benefit from the funds include counselling, employment and suicide bereavement support.
Charli Brunning, Corporate Fundraising Officer at Leeds Mind, commented: “We’re extremely grateful to the team at Enact for supporting Leeds Mind throughout 2019 and raising such a significant amount.
“We’ve had an incredible year of fundraising events and the monies raised will go a long way to enabling our team to continue supporting the people of Leeds who need it most. We wish the team at Enact all the best in their future fundraising endeavours and look forward to seeing their 2020 activities.”
Managing Director at Enact Conveyancing, Ben Carroll commented:
“Mental health issues affect people from all walks of life and it’s been humbling to be able to work so closely with Mind, raising funds for their ongoing drive to support those in need.”
Enact will continue its fundraising efforts in 2020 and has recently announced Make A Wish UK as it’s chosen charity.
