Over 80 people are now employed in enacts’ state of the art Hull office in The Maltings and on 1st March celebrated in style as a reward for contributing to the success over the last 12 months.
enact first began considering opening an office in Hull back in 2013. For a variety of reasons the timing wasn’t right until 2018 when continued growth meant that they were in a position to confidently invest. Opening a new operation is a big investment for any business. The cost of the accommodation, fit-out and IT almost pales into insignificance when compared to the hours dedicated to making it all happen – the number crunching, recruitment, training, internal and client communications, PR.
As a result, expectations of the new office were high from the outset and all eyes were on its new employees to deliver. Ben Carroll, Managing Director says “I continually receive positive feedback from clients, staff and indeed even our competitors on what we have achieved in Hull and this celebration is worthy recognition of the efforts of all concerned. Opening a new office is one thing, making it a success is down to the people who bring it to life.”
The team are looking forward to the continuous expansion planned for 2019 and are ready for the challenges ahead.
