Customer Experience Principles
The business was buzzing on Friday 5th May, as all 450 colleagues attended the launch of our enact Customer Experience Principles. The launch video was a hit and had many asking how they can be involved in making a difference to the Customer Experience we offer.
Our Principles are displayed boldly throughout our offices, as a continuous reminder that the customer should always be at the heart of our business. Our five principles are simple, we really want our people to relate to these and deliver on them in every customer interaction.
Honest – Efficient – Available – Reliable – Transparent
This is only the beginning and our Customer Experience Manager, Becky Jordan, has lots more planned for us throughout 2017, including the launch of our Customer Experience Awards.
