Step 3. Track your case online

You can use our online case tracker to communicate with your conveyancer. You can also stay updated on progress through the tracker. Additionally, you can easily submit required paperwork, information and complete ID checks without the need to visit an office.

    I have worked at Enact for nearly 4 years and during this time have progressed from an assistant conveyancer to a conveyancer. The favourite part of my role is making that call to let the customers know they can collect their keys and start the next chapter of their lives, especially if they are first time buyers!

    I have worked at Enact for 15 years, and during this time I completed a part time Law degree, graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a 2:1 in Law. I initially started my career as a Remortgage Legal Assistant and progressed to the Residential Conveyancing department in 2012. I gained a number of years’ experience as a conveyancer, before successfully progressing into a Team Manager role. I now oversee a small team of conveyancers and assistants ensuring that we maintain a professional service at all times.
