Very positive experience with using Enact for a remortgage. Their on-line portal worked really well for tracking progress, submitting documents and messaging with the responsible case officer. They also showed flexibility when faced with a minor title issue, resolving this with Land Registry quickly. Was also impressed with the overall speed of execution.
