We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to manager our Document Services Team. It is a busy and fast-paced environment, where incoming mail has to be processed within tight timescales to support the work of the conveyancing teams.
On an average day the team will scan over 5000 documents and mail out around 3500 letters. Your team will provide the full range of mailroom services, including inbound, outbound and internal mail; digital scanning and indexing documents; storage, retrieval and return of original documentation; centralised print room; automated and manual enveloping of customer correspondence; and the provision of stationery and small office supplies. The team is also the liaison between the business and mail providers such as Royal Mail, DX and couriers.
